For clarity, Sagebrush Home Retail Group LLC is the operator of Tread & Tassel, responsible for all commercial transactions, order processing, and customer service commitments described in these Terms.

Tread & Tassel is an independent multi-brand specialist retailer, not an official brand store. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, and we do not represent any brand as an authorized flagship store. 2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

Catalog Accuracy

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on the Site are accurate and current. However, due to the volume of products (over 1,200 items) and the possibility of human error or manufacturer changes, we do not warrant that all listings are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any typographical, photographic, or pricing errors and to cancel any order based on such an error, with a full refund.

Pricing Logic

Tread & Tassel operates under a low-overhead, direct-wholesale model. We purchase products directly from the same manufacturers and authorized distributors that supply larger home goods retailers, but we run a lean online operation without showroom costs or large corporate staff. These savings are reflected in our day-to-day pricing, which may be lower than traditional retail prices.

You will see price variations across the catalog. This stems from several legitimate factors:

• New arrivals and high-demand pieces may be priced near the manufacturer's suggested retail.
• Older colors, discontinued designs, or slower-moving variants may be discounted more deeply to meet inventory-turnover goals.
• Seasonal promotions and specific coupon codes are budgeted from normal product margins and apply only to eligible items, as determined at checkout.

All promotions, including the code SAVE15 (15% off eligible items), follow the eligibility rules displayed at checkout. No promotion reduces product quality, authenticity, or warranty coverage.

Coupon Terms

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, such as SAVE15 for 15% off eligible orders. Each code is subject to the specific terms presented alongside the offer and at checkout. A code applies only to items that meet the stated eligibility criteria, may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and carries no cash value.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. We will promptly issue a refund for any declined or cancelled order.

Shipping times may vary based on fulfillment center location, destination, and any external factors such as carrier delays. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipment. We will provide tracking information when available.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. This is the only return period we honor unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery (the same window).

Refund Process

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the item was incorrect, damaged, or not as described.

Exceptions

7. Warranty

8. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that every item shipped from Tread & Tassel is a genuine product of the brand shown in the listing. This guarantee applies across the entire catalog and with every promotion. We directly source from the brand's authorized distribution channels or licensed wholesale suppliers. We do not buy from auction sites or unverified marketplaces.

Pre-Sale Verification

Before a product is published, a product specialist compares the title, description, images, and specifications with the manufacturer's official data. Mismatches are corrected before the listing goes live. Any item lacking clear brand identification is not listed. Incoming lots are inspected on a sample basis for structural damage, missing parts, and label accuracy. Items that fail inspection are returned to the supplier or removed from sellable inventory.

If You Suspect an Item Is Not Authentic

When you receive your order, we encourage you to compare the product's brand name, model number, and any sewn or printed labels against the listing. Keep the original packaging until you confirm the item is correct. If anything looks inconsistent, take clear photos and contact us before using the item.

To submit an authenticity claim, please provide all of the following:

• Your order number or the email address used at checkout.
• Clear photos of the item showing the brand label, model number, and overall condition.
• The product name and model number from the listing.
• A short description of your concern, including whether the item has been used or altered.

Send this information to support@treadandtassel.shop. A quality assurance specialist will review your photos and compare markings with official product data. If needed, the specialist will contact the brand supplier to verify batch codes or serial numbers. You will receive an initial response within 2 business days, and most findings are completed within 5 business days.

Our Remedy

If a product is confirmed not authentic, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price and original outbound shipping, and we will pay return shipping. This remedy applies whether the issue is found during the posted 30-day return window or later, provided that:

• The item has not been altered or used beyond normal inspection.
• You provide the required evidence as described above.

Where a replacement or repair is preferred and feasible, we will offer that option as well. If your claim is not substantiated, we will explain our evidence and remind you of your options under the standard return policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software, is the property of Tread & Tassel, Sagebrush Home Retail Group LLC, or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Sagebrush Home Retail Group LLC, Tread & Tassel, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product purchased from the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of products from the Site shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

No limitation of liability applies where it would be prohibited by law, including under applicable consumer protection statutes.
