I installed this on my Hinkley transformer and it turns my lights on at dusk and off at dawn automatically. No more fiddling with timers. It's a solid little device. Took me 5 minutes to install. Great price too.

It does its job, but it seems to turn on a bit early when it's overcast. That's actually a good thing for security. The build quality is fine and it's easy to mount. Just wish the lead wire was a bit longer.

This is exactly what I needed. My lights now come on automatically at dusk. I don't have to worry about turning them off in the morning. Very reliable.

The photocell works fine, but I had to mount it in a spot where it wasn't directly in the light of my porch lamp, otherwise it wouldn't turn on properly. Once I moved it, it's been fine. Just be aware of placement.

This photocell worked fine for about a month, then it got stuck in the on position. My lights stayed on all day. I had to unplug it. Not reliable in my opinion.

This photocell is designed for Hinkley transformers, and it fits perfectly. If you have a different brand, you might need an adapter. It's well-made and works as expected.
