Kichler Lacey 29.5" 9-Light 2-Tier Chandelier in Antique Pewter with Satin Etched Cased Opal Shades and Organza Outer Shade (42382AP)

I was a bit nervous ordering a chandelier online, but this one exceeded my expectations. The antique pewter finish is beautiful and the two tiers give it an elegant, classic look. It's a substantial piece and the price was unbeatable for the quality. Highly recommend!

The chandelier is stunning once installed and really brightens up our dining room. The glass shades are lovely. Assembly was a bit time-consuming but the instructions were clear. The price was fantastic for a Kichler piece.

The chandelier is pretty and the build quality is decent. However, one of the glass shades arrived with a small chip on the edge. It's barely noticeable, but still disappointing. Customer service offered a replacement, but I just kept it. Overall, it's okay for the price.

The chandelier was beautiful but sadly missing a few small screws and one glass shade. Had to wait for replacements, which was frustrating. The product itself is fine, but the packaging could be better. Not the best experience.
